1:1 COACHING | 4-19 YEAR OLDS

Regardless of all the provisions we offer, we are aware that some people may want that little bit extra. Our 1:1 coaching provides close attention from our staff on the areas of your game you would like further work on.

Our staff will plan an individual and specific block of sessions to help you develop your talents and will constantly listen to your feedback about what you’d like more/less of.

  • LAYOUT

    Sessions last for 60 minutes and are offered in two different formats.

    1:1 SKILLS COACHING

    These sessions are for those who want to improve on the core skills of football. Technique is the main focus as we look to improve technical ability and your confidence to perform such skills. Areas of expertise:

    Ball Mastery

    Fast Feet

    Co-ordination

    All skill techniques

    Position understanding

    1:1 FITNESS COACHING

    A lot of the time your level of fitness can be the difference between mistakes happening during a game or them not. Concentration is a key trait required in football so oxygen is constantly needed to compete.

    In our fitness sessions we will look at what position you play, what components of fitness are important and work on how we can improve you in those areas, all whilst using a ball. Our areas of expertise are:

    Our 1:1 sessions can be run in groups of one, two or three people. This all depends on you and your preferences.
